These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Move It NQ App (“the App”) provided by Move It NQ (“the Company”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted them. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the App.

  1. Account Registration and Use

1.1. You must create an account to access and use certain features of the App. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the registration process and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

1.2. You agree to use the App solely for its intended purposes, including booking exercise classes, managing your schedule, and accessing relevant information. You shall not use the App for any illegal, unauthorised, or prohibited activities.

1.3. You are responsible for any content you upload, submit, or share through the App.
You must ensure that your content does not infringe upon the rights of others or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

2      Mobile Application Features

2.1 Exercise Class Bookings and Payments The App allows you to book and access exercise classes offered by third-party fitness providers. The availability of classes, schedules, and pricing may vary, and the Company does not guarantee the availability of any specific class.

2.2 Exercise classes undertaken by you are the sole responsibility of the third-party fitness provider conducting that class and on no account is the company responsible for any liability that may arise as a result of exercise classes undertaken by you.

2.3 Recipes and nutritional material: This app also allows you access to recipes and nutritional material. The material is supplied by a third-party provider.

2.4 Any information supplied to you relating to recipes and nutritional material is supplied directly by the third-party provider and not the company. The company accepts no responsibility for any liability that may arise as a result of the supply to you.

2.5 Wellbeing: a document included in this app is a wellness check-in which allows you to record information concerning your own health and wellbeing. This information is stored for you only and we have no direct interest in it.

2.6 Any information given to us in relation to wellbeing is for your benefit only. We do not purport to monitor or check any of the information given and accept no liability in this regard.

2.7 If you are concerned as a result of any score or information provided by the company on the app you should immediately consult a qualified medical practitioner.

2.8  You agree to abide by the cancellation and refund policies of the respective fitness providers when booking exercise classes. The Company is not responsible for any cancellations, changes, or disputes related to class bookings.

2.9 Payment for exercise class bookings may be processed through the App. You agree to provide accurate billing information and authorise the Company or its payment processing partners to charge the applicable fees.

3.1. The App may collect and process general health data, including exercise habits, preferences, and other related information. This data is used for reporting
purposes, generating aggregated insights, and enhancing the App’s features and user experience.

3.2. The Company is committed to protecting your privacy and handling personal information in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information.

The App and its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned or licensed by the Company and are protected by intellectual property laws.
