This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit, subscribe or register an account on www.moveitnq.com.au (the “Site”).

We use the Member Registration information to track program attendance and report fitness activity of members.

All information collected is treated as STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL, and Move It NQ will not share or redistribute your information with any third party on an individual level except as required by law. We may, share aggregated or anonymised information with third parties. This information cannot be used to individually identify you. Such aggregated information does not include any information that would identify you personally.

We use your postcode to determine interest for programs in certain areas.

We use your attendance data and feedback to help us improve programs and provide effective health resources to help you live a healthier and more active lifestyle.

We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).


We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
