Tai Chi For Health
Conducted by the Douglas Shire Council
Overlooking the beautiful World Heritage listed rainforest with accredited Master Instructor Yoshi. Tai Chi for Health is a program designed to improve balance, strength and coordination. This free program suits all ages and abilities, even those with disabilities.
Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.
The class will be conducted at Alexander Bay Sports Club, Diwan . The session will still go ahead in wet weather with an undercover area available. All attendees must register online
If you have a disability or recovering from illness you may bring a chair and the class can be adapted to support you.
Please assist our instructors in keeping everyone safe by promptly departing after your class has concluded.
