Physical Activity Classes
10am – 11am
Join us for a variety of gentle physical activity classes. Classes will rotate through every 4 weeks.
Classes include:
- Seated Ballet Dance
- Yoga
- Walking Group
- Gentle Exercise
Get Fit, Make Friends, Be Healthier, Be Happier
Classes run school terms only.
(Bring a Water Bottle, Towel, Yoga Mat if you have one)
FREE transportation is being trialled for this program and will be available upon request, April until
June. A FREE return service from Forrest Beach to Ingham is available for attendees only.
