Tai Chi on the Beach
Conducted by the Douglas Shire Council
Tai Chi for Health is a program designed to improve balance, strength and coordination. This free program suits all ages and abilities. Tai Chi is one of the most effective exercises for health of mind and body.
The class will be conducted on one of the most scenic beaches in the country.
Social distancing is a requirement of this class.
Please assist our instructors in keeping everyone safe by promptly departing after your class has concluded.
Classes will run every Thursday 6th of August to 15th October 2020
