An event every week that begins at 4:30 pm on Tuesday, repeating until 29/11/2022
The Box Fit program includes a series of station cardio fitness activities, using boxing as a core component and theme to the exercises.
The program is designed to target youth, provide positive diversionary activities to increase their physical activity levels and incorporate disciplinary and respectful behaviours common in boxing.
Presented by local Young Olympian Emma Lawson.
Every Tuesday for 15 Weeks
5-12 year old mixed – 4:30- 5pm
13+ Males – 5:15 – 6pm
13+ Females – 6pm – 6:45pm
